Abstract: Does proof of lifelong learning decrease age discrimination against older workers in the labour market?
Research interests: Reasons for the elderly's withdrawal from the labour market; demand for the elderly on the labour market and their discrimination; analysis of the possibilities to use elderly's professional capabilities on the labour market in the optimal way; development of corporate pension systems in Russia; informal employment; the role of intellectual and human capital on the labour market.
