Abstract:
In this seminar, Saba Siddiki will discuss the analysis of public policy design. She will first discuss conventional approaches for analyzing public policy design and challenges and opportunities associated with these approaches. Next, she will offer an overview of the Institutional Grammar as one increasingly prominent approach for evaluating policy content, describing its conceptual tenets, application, and key analytical opportunities.
