Topic of the thesis: The changing attitudes of Italian and Spanish trade unions towards labor market outsiders: A process-tracing analysis
Abstract: My project aims to investigate reasons behind the differences between Italian and Spanish trade unions toward labor market outsiders, emphasize the importance of trade unions in welfare state reforms, and explore variations across unions and countries in the context of ongoing transformations in post-industrial societies. I will use the qualitative research method of process tracing.
