CfA - ResPos 2019 Scholarships Program

Call for Scholarship Applications:
NASP Scholarships Program for ReSPoS 2019 Summer School

NASP (Network for the Advancement of Social and Political Studies) invites applications to the NASP Scholarships Program for ReSPoS 2019 Summer School, supported by CARIPLO Foundation.

NOTE:
Interested candidates must apply to both this scholarship and, separately, to the ResPos 2019 Summer School.

The objective of this program is to encourage and support international mobility of young researchers. The scholarships are designed to support the participation of thirteen young researchers, working in non-Italian research institutions (six from EU and seven extra-EU), to the ReSPoS—Research Strategies in Policy Studies 2019 Summer School (June 24-28, 2019 – University of Milan, Milan), organized by NASP.

The ultimate purpose is to enable young researchers to attend the Summer School, giving them the opportunity to widen and enrich their worldwide scholarly network.

Successful candidates must attend all classes of the ReSPoS Summer School for the entire period June 24-28, 2019. They must have applied to ReSPoS 2019 Summer School.

The thirteen scholarships cover travel and accommodation costs. Accommodation expenses will be paid in advance by NASP. Travel expenses will be refunded up to a maximum of 1.500 Euro for seven researchers from extra-EU research institutions and 600 Euro for six researchers from EU research institutions. NASP will reimburse expenses upon the presentation of original receipts. Reimbursements will be completed by September 2019.

Applications should include:

1) full curriculum vitae
2) one letter of motivation
3) one letter of recommendation

The application procedure is online only. Interested candidates can access the online form here.

Note that this is the application procedure ONLY for the scholarship. Candidate must apply separately to the ReSPoS Summer School

The deadline for application is 15/04/2019.
